NCE Power mainly focus on the R&D, design and sales of MOSFET, IGBT and other semiconductor chips and power devices. It is the first company in China to have mass production of trench MOSFETs and shielded gate MOSFETs on a 12-inch process platform, and it is also the most complete category of MOSFETs in China.
